Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stew/Cook to join our professional team aboard a 40m private Superyacht operated to a high standard and supporting an active family alongside a dynamic sport-fishing program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals for the crew; support light guest service
• Ability to cook International, Continental, and Arabic cuisines
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient galley and interior
• Oversee food provisioning, inventories, and proper storage
• Handle daily housekeeping and laundry duties
• Follow weekly cleaning/maintenance schedules to keep the yacht in top condition
• Prepare and provision meals/snacks for fishing trips and Oman expeditions
• Oversee food provisioning for crew and trips, including petty cash management and budget tracking


Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• Valid STCW and ENG1 medical
• Previous yacht experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a professional environment
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
