Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and business documents.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
- Support project tracking, follow-ups, and task management for executive initiatives.
- Oversee office-related coordination, event support, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs to assist decision-making.
- Plan and manage expenses, reimbursements, procurement requests, and executive budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Experience managing travel arrangements and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Professional and polished demeanour.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience working with C-level executives or multinational companies in the UAE.
