As a Succession Planning & Performance Manage r , you will drive a high-performance and development culture across the Group by designing and implementing fair, transparent, and user-friendly performance and talent management initiatives that support employee growth, succession readiness, and organizational excellence.
In this role, you will:

Support the establishment of Group-wide performance and talent management strategies.

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance and talent management initiatives to drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance.

Provide subject matter expertise and design support to our HR Business Partners who will drive the execution with the business.

Adopt cutting-edge research, tools, and technology to ensure best practices are incorporated into our processes, practices, and systems.

Use performance insights to inform talent management, selection, and promotion practices.

Design and deliver an enterprise-level reporting function that equips our senior business leaders with meaningful performance insights.

Foster a continuous feedback culture by designing and implementing mechanisms and tools that promote regular and meaningful communication between managers and employees.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following requirements:
-
8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including training.
-
Minimum Bachelor s degree in a related field, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience in a people development role, with a strong focus on driving a performance culture.
-
Experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR function.

Significant experience in analysing and reporting trends from enterprise-level data.
