Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supports the talent acquisition process with administrative tasks, candidate coordination, and initial screenings while also contributing to entry-level sourcing efforts.span> The role focuses on supporting administrative and operational tasks for candidate onboarding and activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate operational efficiency and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Management and Logistics
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic job fit and language proficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing end-to-end scheduling, and following up with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise extensively with candidates to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Administrative and Onboarding Tasks
- Manage administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, including document collection and processing, background verification (BGV), and contract management.
- Draft and send offer letters and collect required onboarding documents.
- Assist with various operational tasks, such as organizing recruitment events and managing recruitment-related communications.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain candidate and employee data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Excel trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the generation of reports and analytics related to talent acquisition operations, assisting in data compilation and report preparation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of talent acquisition process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts.
- Recruitment Support and Compliance
- Source entry-level candidates using job boards, referral programs, and social media platforms.
- Support job postings on external platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies within the talent acquisition function.
- Collaborate closely with talent acquisition team members and other stakeholders, including Payroll and HR, to support overall objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements and Qualifications
- 0 1 year of relevant experience; internships accepted.
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR and talent acquisition concepts is beneficial.
