Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar positions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring to meet operational needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies for blue collar roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and local community outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates suitability for specific blue collar roles.
Schedule and organize interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities for shortlisted candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination, preferably with a focus on blue collar roles.
Familiarity with recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques for blue collar positions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical recruitment standards.
