Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (80%)
Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and set hiring timelines.
Manage high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring as per business needs.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and networking.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s presence in the talent market.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.
B. HR Operations & Administration (20%)
Support HR operational activities including onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR system updates.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate with payroll, PRO, and admin teams for employee data accuracy and compliance.
Support employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
Assist with HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
Exposure to HR operations and administrative processes is an advantage.
Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment compliance (region-specific).
Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and MS Office.
