Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and leverage a strong network of B2B hiring connections within the manufacturing and flexible packaging domains.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop customized hiring strategies.
  • Drive direct sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting to reduce dependency on agencies.
  • Lead salary negotiations with candidates to balance business budgets and candidate expectations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio) and present insights to management.
  • Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer branding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Hands-on expertise in salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Prior experience in leading and motivating a recruitment team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in ATS/HRMS platforms and modern sourcing techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition within the manufacturing/flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong B2B hiring network and knowledge of industry-specific talent pools.
