Roles & Responsibilities

  • participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision
  • assisting with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles
  • organizing and attending career fairs to source suitable candidates
  • developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning
  • sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools
  • managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews
  • providing candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment
  • providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
  • developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention
  • using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions
  • using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager minimum 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge when it comes to talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software to streamline the recruitment process
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of recruitment activities
  • The ability to analyze existing recruitment data and relevant metrics to make informed hiring decisions
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and ethical recruitment practices
