Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various platforms and channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that reflect the role's requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by fostering relationships with potential candidates and engaging passive talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment efforts to enhance employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process, safeguarding the company’s reputation.
  • Provide insightful market research on compensation trends, skills availability, and industry shifts to inform hiring strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture to attract candidates who are a perfect fit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, specifically in fast-paced environments or niche industries.
  • Proven track record of filling roles quickly while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and cultural fit.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate the company’s vision and values to potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative recruitment process.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable, able to engage with a diverse range of candidates from various backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an asset, especially in multicultural environments.
