Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A well reputed University is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of high-quality academic and administrative talent. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the university attracts professionals aligned with its academic vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic, administrative, and leadership roles
  • Partner with deans, department heads, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment events
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with institutional policies and local labor regulations
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and dashboards

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a university or education sector
  • Strong understanding of academic and non-academic recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
