Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A well reputed University is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of high-quality academic and administrative talent. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the university attracts professionals aligned with its academic vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic, administrative, and leadership roles
- Partner with deans, department heads, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment events
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with institutional policies and local labor regulations
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a university or education sector
- Strong understanding of academic and non-academic recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
