Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Section Head to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Green Modeling Contracting s growth objectives and commitment to sustainability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and leading a team to success.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
