Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What’s the job?

The Talent & Culture Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Group’s Recruitment and Performance Management activities as assigned by the Group HR Manager. The role includes implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting performance management initiatives, and ensuring all activities in these functions are aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the Talent & Culture Supervisor oversees junior HR team members where necessary and ensures the smooth execution of any other HR initiatives, as assigned by the Group HRM.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Implement end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments with a keen focus on sourcing,

screening, and shortlisting the most fitting profiles against vacancies.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for all current positions and ensure timely closure of open positions

as per set timelines.

  • Work closely with Group HRM and Line Managers to define job descriptions, hiring criteria, and

selection processes.

  • Maintains workforce continuity by fast-tracking hiring requests and optimizing vacancy visibility

across social channel and personal networks.

  • Assist with employer marketing for all business verticals within the Group.


Performance Management:

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting,

quarterly reviews, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

  • Assist in the closing of annual KPI cycle – Coordinates with and trains all Line Managers on the

performance management and appraisal system.

  • Follows up on submission of the completed annual evaluation form for all employees.

  • Provide guidance to Line Managers on performance evaluation, ratings calibration, and feedback

processes.

  • Point of contact in each part of the process to ensure that all reviews have been completed in a

timely fashion.

  • Coordinates employee probation confirmation and promotion assessments, ensuring adherence

to company guidelines and eligibility criteria.

  • Tracks performance metrics and generate reports to identify gaps and development needs.

  • Support talent development initiatives by linking performance outcomes to learning programs

and work closely with the Group HRM to identify said needs, tailored to each employee.


General Supervision & Team Support:

  • Supervise junior HR team members involved in all aspects of the HR operation.

  • Coach and guide team members to ensure consistent and high-quality HR processes.

  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment to recruitment and performance

initiatives with organizational strategy.

  • Participates in the development of HR policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines, and assists

in ensuring compliance by all stakeholders with the approved policies, procedures, systems, and

guidelines.

  • Works closely with HR counterparts to ensure general knowledge and implementation of HR

Administration.

  • Able to step in and coordinate day-to-day activities in the absence of other HR stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and performance management,

within the UAE.

  • Existing Supervisory or Team Leader experience is a must.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, performance management systems, and recruitment tools.

  • Experience in Real Estate, Trading, or exposure in diverse businesses is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Ability to manage stress and dynamic business environments.


Competencies:

  • Intermediate knowledge of the workings of the Real Estate, Trading industries would be a bonus.
