Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidate role fit.
- Maintain and update records and ensure all candidate information is accurately .
- Support the employer branding strategy through engaging online presence, events, and campaigns.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. br>

About the Role:
- We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company s growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or tech-related industries.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- Excellent in English spoken and written is a plus.
