Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to corporate customers to introduce technology products and services

  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities

  • Generate and schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations

  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-up details

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and appointment targets

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate only

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B telesales or inside sales (technology/IT preferred)

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities

  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and Outlook
