Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits and recognition programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
- Oversee HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, HRIS administration and HR service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws and tax regulations, manage expatriates and international mobility.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits and recognition providers.
- Drive process optimisation, automation and HR digitalisation
- Provide analytics and reporting on total rewards and HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Competencies:
- Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy and administration.
- Strong operational and process management skills.
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll and HRIS systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
