Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic advisory.
Advise senior executives and investors on valuation strategies and market trends.
Drive business development and growth across the region.
Manage and mentor a team of valuation professionals, ensuring technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, client relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle East markets is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 10+ years in valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Qualifications: CFA, ASA, CPA, or equivalent preferred; MBA or Master's degree advantageous.
Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
