Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and promptly, offering a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes and silverware while maintaining a clean dining environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required to demonstrate a basic level of education.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, showcasing familiarity with restaurant operations.
- Relevant certifications in food safety or customer service are advantageous, demonstrating commitment to quality.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role is essential, reflecting practical skills and industry knowledge.
