Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing to support organizational efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews, ensuring the selection of candidates aligns with company culture and values.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making for management.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, fostering compliance with labor laws while promoting a positive workplace environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in both disciplines.
Advance knowledge in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting and HR roles, demonstrating a dual proficiency in managing financial and human resources.
Experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the same industry, to ensure familiarity with specific organizational challenges.
