Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports to support management decisions

  • Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements

  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulations

  • Prepare and submit VAT/fiscal returns and other statutory filings

  • Maintain accurate financial documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants

Reporting & Systems

  • Prepare clear and accurate financial and management reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI.

  • Track key financial metrics, investment performance, and operational costs

  • Maintain and integrate financial data with accounting softwares and related systems

Office Administration

  • Manage office expenses, supplier payments, and service contracts

  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records

  • Support senior management with reporting, documentation, and internal coordination

  • Ensure efficient office operations and compliance with internal procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in UAE

  • Professional accounting qualification

  • Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and fiscal reporting and regulations

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting and reporting software

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
