Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional Accounts & Admin Executive with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of real estate administrative systems, payment portals, and utility activation processes, along with basic accounting and office administration skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Real Estate Administration:

• Handle Ejari registration, renewal, cancellation, amendments, and transfers

• Manage Trakheesi system (broker cards, permits, listings, approvals)

• Prepare and process RERA Forms A, B, F, I and related real estate documentation

• Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and trustees

• Manage tenancy contracts, MOUs, sale agreements, and lease renewals

• Maintain accurate property files and client records

• Upload and manage listings on approved real estate portals

• Liaise with landlords, tenants, agents, and government authorities

• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations

• Prepare and process tenancy contracts, addendums, and renewals in compliance with UAE tenancy laws.

• Handle Ejari registrations, cancellations, and updates through the DLD portal.

• Stay up to date with Dubai tenancy laws, RERA guidelines, and DLD procedures.

Payment Portals & Utility Management:

• Handle real estate payment portals related to Ejari, DLD, trustee offices, and government fees

• Process move-in / move-out activation and deactivation of electricity & water (DEWA / relevant authority)

• Manage security deposit, registration fees, and payment receipts

• Handle amendments, transfers, and updates related to tenancy and utilities

• Track payment confirmations and maintain proper records

Accounts & Office Support:

• Handle basic accounting entries, invoicing, and receipts

• Record rental income, commissions, expenses, and service charges

• Assist with VAT documentation (if applicable)

• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors

• Maintain organized financial and administrative files

• Support general office administration as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE real estate admin & accounts experience

• Strong knowledge of Ejari, Trakheesi, DLD, and real estate payment portals

• Hands-on experience with Forms A, B, F, I

• Experience with DEWA move-in/move-out activation, deactivation, and amendments or any relevant authority

• Familiarity with UAE tenancy and property regulations

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure

• Professional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate CRM systems

• High attention to detail and multitasking ability
