Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including facility management, maintenance, office supplies, vendor coordination, and workplace safety.
- Oversee company documentation such as trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, insurance renewals, and government portal updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, staff accommodations, transportation, and logistics as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PRO/GRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, medical tests, and government-related tasks.
- Ensure a well-organized, clean, and efficient office environment.
- Manage administrative expenses, petty cash, and procurement activities.
HR Operations:
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding files, confirmations, and exit documents.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure HR compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.
- Coordinate payroll data including attendance, leave, and employee changes for monthly processing.
- Support HR-related audits, policy implementation, and employee communication.
Required Skills:
- Strong administrative management and coordination skills.
- Excellent understanding of UAE administrative requirements and government procedures.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR operational practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Candidate Profile
The Admin & HR Operations Executive will primarily be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company procedures in Dubai. The role will also support HR operations, focusing on documentation, policy implementation, and adherence to UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in administration along with solid knowledge of HR operational processes.
Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in administration with hands-on HR operations experience in the UAE.
- Experience coordinating with PRO/GRO and handling government processes is essential.
