Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant (Native Arabic Speaker) to support daily office operations and assist senior management. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with daily coordination tasks.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and track basic procurement needs.
  • Handle courier, mail distribution, and document flow.
  • Support HR and admin tasks during employee onboarding.
  • Provide admin support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an admin or office support role preferred, but fresh graduates (Any Bachelor Degree) with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong teamwork, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
