Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and email correspondence.
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport coordination for staff and visitors.
- Support in organizing and scheduling trainings, maintaining attendance, and preparing training materials.
- Maintain and update office documents and databases (both physical and electronic).
- Assist with visa processing, renewals, and other HR documentation as required.
- Prepare reports and letters as needed.
- Provide coordination support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in an administrative support role; UAE experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and training coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
