Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and streamline office operations , ensuring efficient workflow by coordinating schedules and resources effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, facilitating clear and professional exchanges.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations, using analytical skills to compile data that supports decision-making processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of administrative practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office software, enabling smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and project management.
