Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing • Prepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and basic reports • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave tracking • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and authorities • Support procurement and accounts with documentation • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
