Roles & Responsibilities


Government Liaison & Compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with government departments, regulatory authorities, and other official entities.

  • Handle government approvals, licensing, and renewals for business operations.

  • Process employee visas, work permits, and residency applications in compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Ensure all corporate activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Management

  • Oversee office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

  • Manage correspondence, official letters, and filings with authorities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational compliance.

Public Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials, business councils, and key external stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in official meetings and events.

  • Support management in strategic communication and corporate image initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare reports on licensing, visa status, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with HR, legal, and operations teams to streamline government-related processes.

  • Monitor deadlines for renewals, approvals, and compliance obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in administration and government liaison roles.

  • Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (preferable).

  • Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC government procedures, visas, and licensing.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
