Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the House Manager with day-to-day household operations.

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently.

  • Coordinate and follow up on all appointments and related arrangements.

  • Build, monitor, and maintain family health records and data with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ensure all important information and schedules are updated and properly documented.

  • Provide administrative support to help maintain smooth household operations.

  • Excellent computer skills, including confidence in using AI tools.
