Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the House Manager with day-to-day household operations.
Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
Coordinate and follow up on all appointments and related arrangements.
Build, monitor, and maintain family health records and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure all important information and schedules are updated and properly documented.
Provide administrative support to help maintain smooth household operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills, including confidence in using AI tools.
Highly detail-oriented and accurate in record keeping.
Strong self-learning motivation and willingness to adapt.
Positive mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Able to work independently while supporting a busy household environment.
