Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks and provide overall office support • Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time • Handle business email communications and draft professional, formal emails • Follow up with clients, leads, and internal team to ensure tasks are completed • Create, format, and maintain documents in Excel, Word, and PDF • Organize reports, files, and company records efficiently • Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline administrative processes • Assist with basic content formatting such as subtitles when required • Support management with scheduling, coordination, and task tracking • Provide light bookkeeping / basic accounting support when needed • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in administrative or office work • Currently residing in the UAE with a valid residency visa • Excellent professional and formal email writing skills • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and document preparation (PDF, Word) • Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day office tasks independently • Detail-oriented and accurate • Capable of following up with clients and internal team members • Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus • Smart, active, and eager to learn and grow in a professional office environment
