Roles & Responsibilities

SAGA is seeking a presentable Arabic-speaking female Business Development Executive with a confident, client-facing demeanor and fluent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will represent our brand with cultural authenticity and professionalism, helping expand our footprint across the GCC region. About the Role: This role blends strategic outreach with direct client engagement, focusing on growth across interior, retail, and hospitality sectors. The candidate should be comfortable presenting to high-profile clients and embodying the brand’s values with an Arab face and fluent bilingual presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients across interior, retail, and hospitality sectors

  • Present product samples and solutions tailored to client needs

  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and procurement teams

  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to align offerings with market trends

  • Attend exhibitions and client meetings as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate with Arab ethnicity and fluent Arabic

  • Strong command of English for professional communication

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Prior experience in sales or business development (lighting/interiors preferred)

  • UAE driving license is a plus
