Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Administer and manage all regional compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle for the region, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Support line managers in understanding PMS guidelines, rating scales, and performance documentation requirements.
  • Validate performance ratings for consistency, fairness, and alignment with company standards.
  • Link PMS outcomes to compensation decisions such as increments, promotions, and performance-linked incentives.
  • Prepare performance calibration data and assist in regional calibration meetings.
  • Generate PMS reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decisions.
  • Support payroll inputs by validating salary components, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
  • Monitor CTC structures, benefits eligibility, and ensure proper documentation for all C&B transactions.
  • Coordinate and verify monthly sales incentives, performance-linked payouts, and regional commission schemes.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensation decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain regular C&B reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure alignment with UAE Labour Law and organizational audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Regional Operations teams to resolve C&B- related queries.
  • Participate in annual salary review, budget preparation, and manpower planning for the region.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in C&B processes and HR system enhancements (SAP SuccessFactors).
