Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the entire process of handling disciplinary and grievance cases across the company. Leasing with various stake holders BU heads, employees, security department and legal to ensure smooth transition of cases and alignment to the UAE law and the company s policy
Leading and managing all employee exits (i.e. Leavers) are processed seamlessly in order to uphold DWTC s image across leavers. All exits such as Retirements, Resignations, Redundancy, Terminations, etc. to be managed
Conceptualising and Implementing and evolving the employee rewards and recognition program Tamaiyuz towards one of the Retention management initiatives. Liaise with Business units and members of the top management to understand the business unit requirements and reiterate the expectations towards the successful implementation of the program
Conceptualising and implementing the Employee Welfare related activities through the year. Another retention management involving various activities and awareness programs ensuring DWTC staff welfare (e.g. Staff annual Gala, Health related awareness etc.)
Ensuring that the ERW team is always abreast of all HR related policies, towards assisting in support/ query received from the Business units and employees and ensuring the HR related presentations are successfully communicated in the Welcome program/ HR Induction for new joiners. Recommend to management ERW related policies and process changes towards constant enhancements of the same
Develop an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders by making sure relevant updates reached the business in a timely and relevant manner. Build good professional networks towards effective collaboration and increases the client satisfaction. Ensure accurate data is always provided to various stake holders towards business enhancements and requirements. Provide various reports in form of Resignation analysis, MDR, SLA, etc.) Other duties as needed towards enhancements of the section which may also include ad-hoc projects
Operating Environment:
Office based job requiring working longer hours on computer. Dealing with internal and external stake holders
Leasing across all DWTC staff from members of the top management to Junior team members
Investigation capabilities, creativity towards constantly enhancing towards Retention management initiatives

Excellent, in-depth knowledge of Human Resource practices

Desired Candidate Profile
Formal Education:
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification (In HR or Psychology)
Work Experience:
At least 5 years relevant experience, in handling Disciplinary and Grievances
Two years in handling company events and welfare related activities
