Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager Human Resources, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the HR function across the cluster. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, and HR operations while promoting a culture that reflects Hyatt s values. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, empathetic, and passionate about people and development.
What You ll Be Doing
- Partnering with department heads to implement effective recruitment strategies across Hyatt.jobs, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Leading the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for new colleagues
- Supporting performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
- Overseeing HR administration including payroll, benefits, and recognition programs
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Hyatt policies
- Promoting colleague engagement through wellness, inclusion, and recognition programs
- Acting as a culture ambassador, reinforcing Hyatt s EVP and values across all properties
- Providing operational support to the Director of Human Resources and contributing to strategic HR planning
Desired Candidate Profile
University Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or a similar industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Multi-linguistic skills are a plus
- A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
