Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Evaluate used cars accurately, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and auction partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
