Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations by monitoring staff performance and ensuring adherence to service standards, creating a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely food preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing menu offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, working to resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor new staff on best practices in service and food safety, fostering a knowledgeable and motivated team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of restaurant operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced dining environment, showcasing leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  • Food Safety Certification is essential, reflecting a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Strong proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting, ensuring efficient transaction processing and financial oversight.
