Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Automotive Account Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard automotive businesses including:

    • Car rental companies

    • Car showrooms (new & used)

    • Auto garages & service centers

    • Auto spare parts dealers

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand the company’s automotive network.

  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to introduce the platform and its benefits.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and partnership agreements.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding process including documentation, contracts, and system setup.

  • Train partners on how to use the platform (listing vehicles, uploading parts, managing leads, etc.).

  • Monitor partner performance and optimize listings to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support partner campaigns and promotions.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the automotive sector.

  • Handle partner concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.

  • Number of new automotive partners onboarded monthly

  • Revenue generated from automotive accounts

  • Partner retention rate

  • Active listings growth

  • Conversion rate from leads to signed contracts
