Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage back-office operations for a CFD trading platform, handling live chat, voice process quality, deposit calling, and withdrawal verification, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage teams for live chat support, voice quality, deposits, and withdrawals • Ensure timely and accurate deposit confirmation & withdrawal processing • Monitor chat & call quality, TAT, and productivity metrics • Implement SOPs, process improvements, and compliance checks (KYC/AML) • Handle escalations and coordinate with finance, risk, and tech teams • Prepare MIS reports and drive operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in CFD / Forex / financial back-office operations • Strong team handling and people management skills • Hands-on knowledge of payments, withdrawals, and customer support operations • Excellent communication and escalation management Preferred • Experience in managing large support operations • Exposure to compliance and audit processes
