Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare baked products (bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, desserts)
- Prepare baked products (bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, desserts)
- Develop and refine recipes
- Ensure high standards of taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain quality control and manage stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bakery section
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Plan production schedules
- Minimize waste and control costs
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience as Bakery/Pastry Chef
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Bakery/Pastry Chef
- Culinary training or certification preferred
- Strong baking techniques and recipe development skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
