Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of burger construction, from selecting the perfect bun to artfully layering premium toppings for an unforgettable taste experience.
  • Expertly grill, sear, and cook a variety of burger patties to precise temperatures, ensuring consistent quality and juiciness with every order.
  • Maintain an immaculate and organized kitchen environment, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee customer well-being.
  • Efficiently manage inventory of fresh ingredients, anticipating needs and placing timely orders to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with a focus on griddle or grill work.

  • Proven expertise in food preparation techniques, including grilling, searing, and safe handling of raw meats.

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and maintaining a spotless work environment.

  • English or Arabic language speaker and read
