- Gather and document business requirements for digital channel and digital payment initiatives.

- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with technology standards.

3. *Digital Channel Expertise:*

- Develop and maintain knowledge of digital channels (e.g., mobile apps, online banking, digital wallets).

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

4. *Digital Payment Expertise:*

- Understand digital payment ecosystems, including payment gateways, wallets, and payment processing.

- Analyse payment trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

5. *Stakeholder Management:*

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
