Go Bright Fix is a trusted cleaning services company based in Dubai, providing professional apartment, office, and deep cleaning solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to clients with a reliable and efficient team. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The BDE will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that our cleaning teams consistently achieve their monthly service hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for cleaning services (apartments, offices, deep cleaning, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure cleaning teams maintain their allocated service hours.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.

  • Requirements Proven experience in sales (preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or related industry).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

  • Fluency in English required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the commercial cleaning or related facilities services industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the cleaning industry, including cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standard), is highly desirable.
