Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities in KSA, GCC, and Africa . The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:

Identify and target new business opportunities in KSA, GCC, and Africa.

Develop and execute market entry strategies for key regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Client & Partner Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders in the region.

Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions.

Reporting & Strategy:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.

Work closely with senior management to align business development strategies with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in imaging technology, industrial solutions, or B2B tech sales.

Proven track record in KSA, GCC, and/or African markets.

Experience working with distributors, government entities, and large enterprises.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Fluency in English (Arabic, French, or German is a plus).

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.


Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in imaging technology, industrial solutions, or B2B tech sales.

Proven track record in KSA, GCC, and/or African markets.

Experience working with distributors, government entities, and large enterprises.


Location: KSA, GCC, and Africa. Candidates can be based in any of these locations. UAE candidates with have to travel to KSA, GCC, and Africa.
