Business Development Executive – Recruitment (UAE Market)


Location: Remote (within UAE)

Compensation: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission

Employment Type: Full-time / Freelance (Flexible)


About the Role:

Elite HR Consultancy is looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base in the white-collar recruitment sector across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry and an existing portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and secure new clients for recruitment services within UAE.


Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.


Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.


Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.


Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in business development within recruitment or HR consulting (UAE market preferred).


Existing portfolio of clients in white-collar industries.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.


Self-driven and capable of generating leads independently.


Based in the UAE (remote work arrangement).


Ability to work on either a fixed salary + commission or freelance basis.
