Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1 OEM Engagement Management
- Build relationships with regional OEM distributors and channel partners (BI/Analytics platforms) in GCC
- Drive GTM initiatives aligned with Middle East partner programs
- Identify co-selling opportunities and drive pipeline generation.
- Manage partner communication, compliance, and commercial alignment.
2 Customer Engagement
- Engage UAE/GCC enterprise accounts, government entities, and large private sector clients
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes in the Middle East market
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand analytics and staffing needs.
- Present solutions aligned to customer requirements.
- Drive proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
3 Staff Augmentation & Managed Services
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processes, and contractor models
- Understand resource requirements (technical & domain).
- Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to position profiles.
- Manage commercial discussions and contract closures.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement governance.
Required Skills
- 2-6 years of B2B technology sales
- Experience selling Analytics / Data / AI / Cloud services
- Experience selling in UAE / GCC market preferred
- Enterprise sales experience
- Experience working with UAE/GCC enterprise clients preferred
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work with multi-national stakeholders
- Experience in IT services or analytics staffing sales
- Understanding of BI/Analytics ecosystem (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (OEM + Client + Internal Teams)
- Revenue-driven mindset with target orientation

- Revenue & margin targets
- New client acquisition
- OEM pipeline contribution
- Staff augmentation conversion ratio
- Account retention & expansion
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel across UAE and GCC region for client meetings and industry events
