Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the Company A leading full-service media and marketing agency, established in 2014, providing door-to-door advertising, elevator advertising, print, online, and digital marketing solutions. With over a decade of expertise, the company connects local businesses with more than 270,000 customers monthly through targeted advertising strategies. Duties & Responsibilities Build business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining strong client relationships. Develop and leverage networks to identify new B2B opportunities. Conduct research, generate new leads, and execute cold calls to businesses and organizations. Understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities. Develop negotiating strategies, study risks/potentials, and support integration with company objectives. Generate business across the full range of advertising services by recommending tailored solutions. Manage and update CRM with sales activities, leads, and client information. Follow up on inbound leads, client inquiries, and business opportunities. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within deadlines and budgets. Travel to Abu Dhabi for business development meetings as required. Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational interests. Skills & Personality Traits Excellent fluency in spoken and written English. Strong presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Mac experience is a plus). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Collaborative team player with intercultural awareness. Enthusiastic and adaptable, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of UAE/local experience in Business Development, Sales, or Acquisition. Valid UAE Driver’s License (own car preferred). Strong digital media knowledge and internet research skills. Reference and character certificates from previous employers.
