Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint within the private and public-school sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their business needs.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Travel across the region to meet potential clients and attend business events.

  • Prepare weekly reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably in the service industry.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is a plus

  • Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and field sales.

  • Ready to travel within the UAE as required.
