From Private Estate Staffing and Bespoke Butler Services to Elite Training Programs for global family offices and corporate leaders, we are the gold standard in refined service. With a dominant presence in Delhi NCR and active expansion into Mumbai and Dubai, we are building an interconnected global network of excellence.
We are seeking a Global Business Development Manager a high-stakes "Hunter" and strategic architect. This is not a desk job; it is a senior-level mandate to lead our international expansion. You will be responsible for navigating the world s most exclusive circles to secure high-value contracts and establish Elite Butlers as the global partner of choice for the 0.1%.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- New Frontier Entry: Identify and penetrate high-growth luxury markets across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
- Ecosystem Integration: Establish a dominant presence within family offices, ultra-luxury residential enclaves, and elite corporate networks.
2. High-Value Acquisition
- Direct Outreach: Proactively engage with UHNWIs, Estate Managers, and C-Suite leaders to secure mandates for Private Estate Staffing and Executive Hospitality.
- Deal Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for high-ticket service contracts, ensuring a seamless transition from pitch to operational handover.
3. Strategic Solutions & Packaging
- Bespoke Product Design: Collaborate with our operations teams in Delhi, Mumbai, and Dubai to architect custom service packages that solve the unique pain points of global principals.
- Value Proposition: Position Elite Butlers not just as a staffing agency, but as a strategic lifestyle partner.
4. Elite Networking
- The "Gatekeeper" Strategy: Build high-trust alliances with Private Wealth Advisors, Luxury Concierges, and Relocation Specialists.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Elite Butlers at exclusive global forums and luxury hospitality summits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 8 12+ years in Luxury Real Estate, Private Wealth Management, Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Sales, or Elite Executive Search.
- Network: An existing, active "Rolodex" within global family offices or the luxury ecosystem.
- Persona: Exceptional communication skills with the "Soft-Power" required to influence UHNWIs. You must embody the brand polished, discreet, and culturally intelligent.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and independent. You are a self-starter capable of building a territory from zero.
5+ years of Hospitality experience
