About IXFocus IXFocus is a Dubai-based digital transformation company specialising in Retail, Ecommerce, and AI driven solutions. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive
client acquisition and revenue growth across the UAE and GCC region.
This role requires an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can independently generate
leads, build strategic relationships, and successfully close deals in a competitive market. The position
offers significant upside through a performance-driven incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and
partnerships
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across retail, ecommerce, and
enterprise sectors
Present and position IXFocus service offerings, including:
o SAP Commerce / Hybris solutions
o Headless ecommerce platforms
o Retail digital transformation programs
o AI-led retail and customer experience solutions
Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful
deal execution
Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in IT services, digital, or ecommerce sales
Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC market with an existing professional network
Demonstrated track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and performance-oriented mindset
Compensation & Incentive Structure
This role is designed to reward high performers through a competitive incentive model:
Revenue-Based Commission
5% commission on all closed deals
Quarterly Performance Accelerator
Up to AED 300,000 revenue: 5%
AED 300,000 – AED 700,000: 6%
Above AED 700,000: 8%
Fast Closure Incentive
Additional AED 3,000 for deals closed within 45 days
Pipeline Development Incentives
15+ qualified client meetings per month: AED 1,500
25+ qualified client meetings per month: AED 3,000
Commission Payment Terms
50% payable upon receipt of client payment
50% payable upon completion of agreed delivery milestone
