Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the UAE construction and contracting sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
  • Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities for business development in outdoor environments such as construction sites, architectural events, trade shows, and community gatherings. Engage with potential clients and decision-makers to introduce our company's offerings and establish rapport.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities in the interior design and contracting industry. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop strategic plans for business growth.
  • Develop a business plan with management for weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate networking activities, events, and introductory meetings for prospective clients.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients, including architects, designers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Utilize various channels such as networking events, trade shows, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research.
  • Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • UAE National status is mandatory, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and experience collaborating with technical teams.
