Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the dining room team, ensuring a seamless flow of service that elevates the guest experience.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and kitchen staff, promptly addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Train and mentor junior waitstaff, instilling best practices in service etiquette and menu knowledge.
  • Manage table allocations and reservations, optimizing seating arrangements for maximum efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of service standards.
  • Certifications in food safety and hygiene, indicating a commitment to maintaining high health standards.
