Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients according to menu requirements and station needs
Cook and present food in line with hotel standards
Ensure portion control, garnishing, and plate consistency
Monitor food quality, storage, and hygiene compliance
Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment, and tools
Communicate effectively with colleagues during busy periods
Assist in training and guiding junior team members
Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
Report equipment issues and operational concerns promptly
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
